Use
The pipe component simulates the temperature drop in a pipe. It also acts as an additional volume.

To ensure the correct operation, the volume flow has to flow from ▶PipeIn to ▶PipeOut. The thermal energy and therefore temperature loss is calculated from the parameterizable medium (rhoMed, cpMed) and tube properties (lPipe, dPipe, QLossCoefficient) as well as the temperature of the incoming medium and the environment temperature of the pipe. In this case, the environmental temperature is set as a temperature value via the real input ▶TEnvironment. The initial temperature of the pipe can be adjusted via the TPipeInit parameter.
